Wine tasting tour
The guided historical tour will take you on a discovery of the château, its history and its secrets… At the end of the tour, you will be offered a tasting of Bourgueil wines in the château cellars. Discover the delights of our region! Every day at 11.30 am from 1 July to 31 August. Available in French only. A tour booklet is available in English, Spanish, German and Italian.
Candlelit night tour
Come and discover Gizeux Castle by candlelight! Every Tuesday in summer, at 9:00 PM, the castle’s inhabitants put on their costumes and welcome you for a candlelight tour. Let yourself be taken back in time on a balmy summer’s evening, guided by the glow of candles and torches. A visit that will captivate adults and children alike… From 9 July to 20 August 2024, Tuesdays at 9pm. Tours are available in French and English. Booking recommended.
